Kyle Richards Was Put on the Spot About Mauricio Umansky During a Live Chat

Kyle Richards just opened up about where things stand with her husband Mauricio Umansky during an Amazon Live chat with fans. In response to a fan asking how she and Mauricio are doing, Kyle reportedly said “That’s a very loaded question. You know this has been very hard to do, playing out with so many people having eyes on us and being in the public eye. But obviously we care about each other a lot, you saw, here we are on vacation, and…that’s what I’m going to share.”

Following reports that they’d separated, Kyle and Mauricio released a statement about their relationship status back in June, writing “In regards to the news that came out about us today… Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue. However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative. Thank you for the love and support, Kyle & Mauricio.”

It’s still unclear what’s going on with Kyle and Mauricio, but a source told Us Weekly in mid-July that they “almost ended their marriage,” however “after the [split] news broke, they decided to give their relationship some more care and are building back up their foundation.”

Back in June, Page Six reported that—despite filming on RHOBH wrapping “months ago”— cameras had “picked back up” to film Kyle and Mauricio’s drama. So it looks like we’ll find out what’s going on relatively soon!
