It’s not summer without you Belly, Conrad, and Jeremiah. Everyone’s favorite summer show is back with a new season: The Summer I Turned Pretty season 2. And it’s bringing fresh heartbreak, teeny bopper romance, and the best pop score on television. Let’s dig into The Summer I Turned Pretty season 2 soundtrack to spruce up your Spotify playlist, shall we?
Episode 1 – “Love Lost”
Take me down to the flashback city. Episode 1 of the new season opens with Belly and Steven’s last day of school. Steven is valedictorian, Princeton-bound, and happier than ever, despite the tragic loss of Susannah between the first and second season (as in the book series). Belly is a wreck, mourning the loss of Susannah and the loss of her relationship with her favorite boys, Conrad and Jeremiah.

Steven sabotages the AC in the house, canceling the open house, and sending our teens to the boardwalk for some friendly games of laser tag, basketball, and Dance Dance Revolution. While they’re gone, Aunt Julia packs the entire house–brutal.
