Kate and William Are Likely Being Gifted a “Very Special” Welsh Home by King Charles

Hot on the heels of reports that Kate Middleton and Prince William are likely being gifted a massive mansion called Frogmore House on the Windsor Estate (nope, not the same as Frogmore Cottage), there’s speculation that the couple are also set to inherited a “very special” Welsh home from King Charles.

The Express reports that Charles is poised to give the Prince and Princess of Wales Llwynywermod, an old farmhouse which Charles and Queen Consort Camilla purchased and renovated in 2007.

The thing is, the property was technically bought by the Duchy of Cornwall (a giant investment portfolio), and now that Prince William is the Duke of Cornwall it’s “likely” he’ll be offered Llwynywermod.

Some casual details about the home? It has three-bedrooms, is “fully sustainable,” and comes with a 192-acre organic farm. King Charles once spoke about finding Llwynywermod, reportedly saying it was “a long search lasting some 40 years” and that “Several houses and sites were explored until, finally, we came across Llwynywermod in an exceptionally beautiful part of Carmarthenshire, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons and within reasonable reach of Cardiff.”

If William and Kate do inherit Llwynywermod, it’ll be just one of their mannnnny properties. Aside from Adelaide Cottage (where they’re currently living on the Windsor estate), Wills and Kate have an apartment at Kensington Palace, a country home called Anmer Hall, and a place on the Balmoral estate. They’re also said to be moving into Windsor Castle proper in the next few years, and we can’t forget that Frogmore House is potentially also available to them!

Anyway, if Kate and William need someone to house sit one of their many homes, I’m avail.
