In 2025, Andrew Garfield took the crown. The year before that? Fellow Brit Tom Holland charmed voters all the way to the top of the Men’s Style Madness pile.

Before them, the stylish baton briefly crossed the Atlantic to Stanley Tucci—but even he’s married to a Brit and always seems to be cooking up carbonara from his London flat.

The tl;dr? It’s been a bit of a British Invasion in the SG Madness winner’s circle in recent years.

Which raises the question: Will an American come out on top this year, or are the Brits about to extend their streak?

We’re about to find out, because Men’s Style Madness 2026 (aka SG Madness) and the search for the most stylish man of the year is officially underway.

Check out this year’s bracket:

So, who will be crowned the winner this year? That’s up to you.

Follow Style Girlfriend on Instagram, where voting goes down in the Stories over the next few weeks. All you have to do is pick your favorites to move forward.

Ask yourself: Which star’s style—whether he’s on the red carpet or just grabbing coffeeinspires you the most?

Here’s what you need to know about Men’s Style Madness 2026:

1. Past SG Madness winners are ineligible.

If you’re wondering why well-dressed celebs like Ryan Gosling or Idris Elba aren’t on the list, that’s why.

Past winners are celebrated for their contribution to the men’s style pantheon of outfit inspiration, but—unlike Duke—they’re not eligible for repeat victory laps.

2. Your fashion fave has to be booked and busy to make the cut.

Sometimes celebs just…disappear for awhile.

Maybe they’re filming a movie, working on a new album, or otherwise keeping a low profile. But if a stylish guy wasn’t snapped at a movie premiere or at the airport enough this year, then he’s not in the bracket.

We almost didn’t include Pedro Pascal for that very reason! Honestly, we’ll be lucky to find enough paparazzi pictures of him leaving the gym if he keeps moving on.

3. Stylish guys with suss vibes don’t get an invite to the dance.

If the celebrity isn’t a past SG Madness winner, is frequently in the public eye, but still didn’t make the cut? Well…there’s a decent chance he gives our team the ick.

Or he’s in the Epstein files.

Either way, he doesn’t get a seed. We’d encourage him to try therapy, and maybe he’ll get a seed next year.

4. Seeding is based on social media follower counts.

Not a perfect science, obviously, but I think we can agree it’s a decent measuring stick to start.

The stylish celebs with the biggest followings earn the top seeds…which means the first-round matchups are about to get very interesting.

Now it’s your turn.

Study the bracket. Debate in the Discord. Vote with your heart, and help decide who will take home the title of SG Madness champion in 2026.
