“Good Luck to You, Leo Grande” follows Nancy, a middle-aged woman who’s never had an orgasm. She decides to hire a sex worker, Leo, but she still feels shame about her sexuality, her relationship with her late husband, and her body. Most of the film takes place in the pair’s hotel room where, over the course of several meetings, Nancy and Leo talk about their lives as the former unpacks her past. But things never get too heavy; “Good Luck to You, Leo Grande” is both sexy and fun.
