You Look Like You Could Use Some Free Therapy. Here Are All the Mental Health Columns We’ve Ever Published.

We hope you already know this, dear reader, but we here at Cosmo care about you deeply. We really do. And if there’s one thing we care about more than anything, it’s your mental health. That’s a fact.

That’s why we started a series called Free Therapy in our print mag (you should probably subscribe if you haven’t yet), where our advice columnist extraordinaire, therapist Minaa B, answers reader questions about how to handle a whole range of challenging situations—from family fights to workplace woes. If you’re wondering, Minaa is pretty much a magician when it comes to giving advice—probably thanks to her Master’s Degree in Social Work, career as a psychotherapist, and experience as a mental health educator (she actually has a book coming out soon, you should check it out). Long story short, she’s hella trustworthy. And she’s ready to help you, too.

You’ll still find a new Free Therapy column in every issue, but we also decided to put them in one place—ahem, here—so you know where to find ’em. Life’s already hard enough as it is, ya know? Fingers crossed this makes it a lil easier. If you scroll down, you’ll find expert insight on whether or not friendship breakups are reversible, what to do when you hate your boss but love your job, how to handle an overbearing mama, and much, much more. Oh, and we also have answers to a whole bunch of qs you might ask a couples therapist, because that’s a thing too. Needless to say, the gamut is fully covered here. And we hope it’s helpful.

Take a gander down yonder and see if there’s any topic that speaks to you (trust us, we’ve got some sadly-all-too-universal issues in the mix), and get to reading. Then don’t forget to keep checking back for more.

Got questions of your own for Minaa? Send ’em right here: cosmofreetherapy@gmail.com
