According to the Hollywood Reporter, core cast members of Vanderpump Rules make $25,000 per episode. I’ll give you a moment to do the math. Actually, kidding, would never make anyone do math—Ariana is making up to $600,000 per season, depending on episode count. Though her paycheck wasn’t always this large.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the Vanderpump Rules cast was “barely netting $10,000 for their participation in the entire first season” (which Ariana was technically a guest star on), but they went through negotiations in 2017 and 2018 (when Ariana was a main cast member) and secured that $25K.
She Co-Owns a $2 Million Home
Ariana and her ex Tom Sandoval purchased a $2.075 million home together in 2019, which is obviously a huge asset. Er, shared asset—since, as Tom’s rep told People, “They own the house together, and what happens next with the property will take time to sort out. This isn’t something that’s going to be decided in a weekend.”
Things are even more complicated thanks to Tom taking out a home equity loan against his and Ariana’s place to fund Schwartz & Sandy’s—which Lisa Vanderpump raised concerns about.

“I’m not sure that Ariana quite understands the concept of putting your house up as collateral,” she said. “If they default on their loan, then the bank never goes and takes half the house back. It’s like, ‘Ariana, you stay in bed. We only want Tom’s half.’ It doesn’t work like that.”
BTW, Lisa was asked if Ariana took her advice re Tom’s loan on WWHL, and said, “Oh god, I really don’t know about that.”
Ariana Is Joining the Cast of Dancing With the Stars
Page Six reports that Ariana is joining the upcoming season of DWTS, and she could make a lot of money depending on how far she gets. According to Variety, everyone on the show makes $125,000 for the rehearsal period + the first two weeks. Then, those who stay in the competition start earning extra money on a sliding scale per episode, though apparently the most anyone can take home is $295,000.
She’s Starting a New Business *and* Pivoting to Movies
On top of her cocktail brand, Ariana and her VPR costar Katie Maloney are in the process of developing a sandwich shop called Something About Her, which will open in the coming months. “It’s going to be this summer,” Katie recently revealed. “It’s just a matter of if everything goes according to the plan…and there’s no hiccups along the way, which you can’t always plan for.”
And before you ask: Tom is not an investor. As Ariana herself put it, “I don’t want Tom involved in what I do. Like, Jay-Z wasn’t a partner on Lemonade.“
