The Bachelor is back, and despite all of us maintaining that we wouldn’t be sucked into yet another season, here we are. Watching Zach Shallcross attempt to date several dozen women at once as if there’s a chance it’ll work out well for him, bless.
And while some of the women on Zach’s season are just regular gals with normal careers (using the word “normal” loosely here), there’s at least one low-key influencer: Nashville’s very own Christina Mandrell. Here’s everything we know about Christina—including details on her past relationship, modeling career, and famous family.
Yes, She’s on Instagram
I mean, duh! Goes without saying.
She Has a Super Famous Relative
Well, at least super famous in the country music scene. Turns out Christina’s aunt is Barbara Mandrell, a legendary country singer who had her very own variety show with her siblings.

And no, The Bachelor isn’t exactly being subtle about the fact that she has famous relatives:
She’s Definitely an Influencer
There’s been pushback from fans about The Bachelor not casting aspiring influencers (I mean, the more the merrier as far as I’m concerned), but Christina is definitely hustling on Insta. Like, here’s a look at her Linktree:
More power to her, TBH! Sell those vitamins, Christina!
She’s a Single Mom
Christina has an adorable daughter named Blakely, whom she shares with her ex-husband:
And by the way, she and her ex appear to be on good terms:
And she’s super close to his girlfriend:
When it comes to dating, Christina is obviously looking for someone who is a family man, and she’s putting her daughter first.
“Christina is ready for her perfect, fairytale love story!” ABC says in their bio. “She is a mom to her amazing 5-year-old daughter Blakely, who she lives to make happy. Since getting divorced, Christina has been searching for her perfect man but must be selective since she and her daughter are in this together. Christina is looking for a partner she can trust unconditionally and is open-minded to whatever life throws their way. Will Christina get the fairytale ending that she has always wanted with Zach? Only time will tell!”
Unfortunately, She’s Poised to Be This Season’s Villain
Thanks to her edit in the premiere, Bachelor Nation is predicting that Christina is this season’s “villain.” And by “villain,” we mean the probably pretty chill person that editors have decided to bestow the Villain Edit upon. Though some people aren’t here for it:
On that note…wondering how far Christina makes it? Spoilers incoming.
Christina Gets Sent Home During the Third Rose Ceremony
According to Reality Steve, Christina gets the first one-on-one date of the season…but apparently things don’t go amazingly between her and Zach, because she’s eventually eliminated during the third Rose Ceremony. Which could have something to do with what goes down during the pool party proceeding it, when Christina reportedly tells Brianna that her rose during Zach’s appearance on The Bachelorette’s ATFR was from “America” and not Zach himself. Here’s how Reality Steve put it:
“Apparently Christina is the ring leader in regards to Brianna and her self-eliminating. Christina was the one who I guess was sort of the instigator and telling Brianna that the first impression rose she got was from America (at the live ATFR), and not from Zach. It all escalated at the pool party and this is when Brianna ends up quitting. This doesn’t mean people need to call Christina names or call her a terrible mother on her IG, like some have already done. But yeah, Christina is going to have a rough three episodes on the show.”
On that note, reminder that this is just a TV show, and that a “villain edit” doesn’t make for an IRL villain!
