Heidi Klum is living it up on her vacay to France. The America’s Got Talent host, 49, has been soaking up the sun in Cape of Antibes, France, and spending time with her husband, Tom Kaulitz. The model has also shared lots of swimsuit content with her Instagram followers.

Heidi shared more vacay snaps and videos with her followers in another post, and it’s clear that she’s having the time of her life. “Viva la France 🇫🇷🥰❤️,” she captioned another post.

The supermodel also gave her followers another eyeful of her strong and toned backside in a topless pic wearing the same thong bikini bottoms. “Cape of Antibes 🇫🇷 🥰 ❤️ 🌞 🌹,” she wrote.

If you’re wondering how this supermodel works on toning her booty and inner thighs, Women’s Health has some answers. For starters, she’s been focused on building strength for years. Back in 2017, Heidi said that she liked to walk on a treadmill with ankle weights. “It’s always good to keep the muscles underneath working so that it is nice and toned. Toned is good,” she told People.

And she doesn’t skimp on cardio. She used to love running along the Westside Highway in New York City (the greenway follows the beautiful Hudson River), but she’s not as big of a runner these days. “It’s a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going,” she told Glamour back in 2014. “I have a treadmill that’s really great, but it sits there unused. I don’t have time for it,” she told People a few years later.

Even if Heidi is not a gym regular, she makes sure to stay moving during the day. When her kids were younger, she incorporate family time and workout time, heading out for bike rides or playing on the trampoline. These days, movement might mean getting in her steps with her favorite workout partners: her dogs.

Another way the Project Runway host gets her body moving is by getting her groove on. Case in point: She showed off her enviable dance moves to her single “Chai Tea with Heidi” featuring Snoop Dogg. ICYDK, dance-based workouts are a great way to work up a sweat and improve your cardio.

She sticks with a (mostly) healthy diet. She she shared with Women’s Health UK that she likes to start her day with an egg white omelette filled with veggies: green pepper, spring onion, spinach, and parsley. She’ll pair the omelette with fresh fruit and a cup of tea. Lunchtime is protein time, and the model will opt for something like chicken, turkey, or tuna, adding in some grains and veggies, too.
