Mere months after firing up cameras on Vanderpump Rules amid Scandoval, the poor long-suffering camera crews of Bravo are now filming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills off-season in the name of drama. Heroes!
According to Page Six, filming on RHOBH technically “wrapped months ago,” but cameras have “picked back up” amid Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s relationship drama. As an insider not at all dramatically put it, “This development has rocked the Bravo world. Producers know fans want a glimpse into how Kyle and Mauricio came to this decision.”
Meanwhile, Andy Cohen addressed a question about filming during his SiriusXM show Radio Andy, saying, “Um, what am I gonna say to this? What I will say is that, I think that…you will…oh god, I’m trying to be so kind of, well, no, I don’t wanna say…I wanna say that this will be included next season of Beverly Hills in some way shape or form. That’s all I’ll say.”

People first reported that Kyle and Mauricio had separated, with a source telling the outlet, “Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”
The longtime couple then released a statement saying, “In regards to the news that came out about us today….Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue. However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”
They added, “There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative. Thank you for the love and support, Kyle & Mauricio.”
More recently, a source told Entertainment Tonight, “Kyle and Mauricio have been struggling in their relationship. Their problems aren’t new. They had been spending time apart and doing their own things, but they have been trying to make things work.”
The pair has definitely been spending some time together, though, and even shared photos of the family holiday weekend.
