In an exclusive clip for Cosmopolitan, Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man, gets very real about his experiences while reading out of his new book, Look Out for the Little Guy. He also reveals that while the Avengers can totally call him up whenever they need him, he is ready to settle down a be a dad to his daughter, Cassie.

“I love you, Cassie. Thanks for being my hero,” he says. “And I’m sorry I missed some birthdays.”

It’s clear from all the sniffles that there’s not a dry eye in the house, but then he goes on to give some very special advice, which you’re going to have to watch above to find out.
